I've worked under a number high end stylist's, with duties consisting of coloring (foils, block, high & low lights, & corrective etc.), all forms cutting, fantasy extentions (strand by strand fusion & mirco linking), hair integrations, lacefront application & removal & non-surgical hair replacement & much more... I have 4 1/2 successful years of salon management. My responsibilities as a salon manager consist of all customer service issues & scheduling, product ordering, inventory & inventory control, hiring & recruiting new employees, monthly event planning & marketing initatives, staff meetings, as well as the fact that I have the ability to motivate and lead a sucessful energetic team of Stylists into the future of the hair industry!!! I'm also certified extenseively in all area's of hairstyling... I've obtained my certification @ Paul Mitchell Advanced Academy, & Nizyshae' Wigs, Weaves, & Extensions & Atlanta Custom Hair Training Academy under celebrity stylist Melanie Boney, & i'm committed to making a difference & my southern hospitality speaks for itself...
