In my most recent blog I discuss my personal battle with hypothyroidism and even hair loss. I talk about the first signs, which went ignored and undiagnosed for years; the symptoms which I mistook for a variety of ailments; and my diagnosis and treatment. I believe there may be many women out there experiencing things like hair loss, fatigue, constipation, depression and a host of other problems... and simply coping with it, ignoring it, attributing it to "female problems", or thinking its all in their heads.
